We provide easels, drawing boards, water jars and stools. If you would like us to provide your materials please give us as a few days notice, we are happy to buy them for you. There will be a small charge for this.
If you prefer to bring your own materials we suggest the following as a guideline:
Sketch-books and/or plenty of paper - it doesn't have to be the highest quality, in fact better if not. At least one small pocket size sketch book and one larger one.
Charcoal; pencils ( with a range of hardnesses); rubbers: masking tape or clips to attach paper to boards; fixative ( hairspray is cheap and effective); pastels and /or coloured pencils; paints - acrylics, oils, watercolours as you prefer; palette; palette knife; brushes (a range of sizes including large); mediums if required; portfolio or folder for carrying work.
